The parties dispute arises from an agreement that was, in Madderoms words, "the culmination of approximately one year of negotiations" between Cost Cutters and another business entity in which Madderom was a shareholder. Madderom argues that the agreement is unconscionable and, therefore, unenforceable. We disagree and affirm the circuit courts judgment.
